Data Quality Assurance Automation Engineer (8-10 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for ETL processes and data pipelines.

- Perform data validation and quality checks across various data sources and targets.

- Utilize Python for test automation and scripting.

- Test Azure APIs and other components within the Azure Cloud Platform.

- Write complex SQL queries (PL/SQL) for data validation and manipulation.

- Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to identify and resolve data quality issues.

- Participate in Agile sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and automation frameworks.

- Ensure adherence to data quality standards and best practices.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 8+ years of experience as a Data QA Automation Engineer.

- Extensive experience in ETL testing and automation.

- Strong proficiency in Python for test automation.

- Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform.

- Expertise in PL/SQL programming for data querying and manipulation.

- Experience testing Azure APIs.

- Solid understanding of ETL processes and tools.

- Experience working in an Agile environment.

- Prior experience in the Banking/Fintech domain is highly desirable.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and remotely.
