Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Communication Cloud Developer to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, including hands-on experience with CPQ (Configure Price Quote), EPQ (Enterprise Product Catalog), and APEX programming.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop solutions using Salesforce Communication Cloud to meet business requirements.

- Customize and configure Salesforce CPQ and EPQ modules.

- Develop, test, and deploy APEX classes, triggers, and Lightning components.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.

- Optimize existing Salesforce systems for performance and scalability.

- Ensure data integrity and system security in alignment with organizational policies.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

Experience :

- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.

- Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ and EPQ implementations.

- Strong expertise in APEX programming, SOQL, and SOSL.

- Experience in building custom workflows, validation rules, and process automation.

- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning framework and component development.

- Ability to work effectively in Singapore or UK shift timings.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
