Key Responsibilities:

1. Student Counselling: Counsel potential students via calls, emails, and in-person meetings to help them understand course offerings in Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Full-Stack Development. Assess their career goals and recommend suitable programs.

2. Sales and Conversions: Generate leads and convert inquiries into successful enrollments. Effectively communicate the value of Digicrome programs and build a strong rapport with prospective students.

3. Follow-ups: Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to ensure conversion and answer any queries. Maintain an updated database of prospects and enrolled students.

4. Target Achievement: Meet monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of experience as an Academic Counsellor or in a similar role.
• A basicc understanding of Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI, (basic knowledge is acceptable but must be willing to learn) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/enrollment targets
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
