Job Description

Job Title: Client Servicing Executive Location: Mumbai (Hybrid 60% office-based)


Start Date: Immediate (within 2 weeks of acceptance)


Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Client Servicing Executive to manage client relationships, ensure seamless coordination, and drive operational efficiency. This role emphasizes calendar management, stakeholder communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools to support client success.


Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management -

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Schedule and coordinate client meetings, manage calendars, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain client records, track interactions, and update stakeholders on project statuses.

2. Operational Coordination & Calendar Management -

  • Organize and prioritize schedules using tools like Microsoft Outlook/Google Calendar.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and agenda preparation.
  • Prepare client reports, presentations, and documentation using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

3. Stakeholder Collaboration -

  • Liaise between clients and internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to align deliverables.
  • Track project deadlines, escalate bottlenecks, and ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Update stakeholders with regular progress reports and post-meeting summaries.

4. Administrative Support -

  • Manage travel arrangements, expense reports, and client databases.
  • Maintain organized records of client communications and contractual agreements.

Qualifications -

  • Education: Preferably Masters degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience: 2 to 4 years in client servicing, administrative coordination, or operations.

Hands-on experience in calendar management and multi-stakeholder scheduling.

  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and project management tools (e.g., Asana).
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal abilities with a focus on building client trust.

Work Model & Culture - Hybrid role with 60% on-site presence in Mumbai.
