Job Description

Manager - SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)

Job Purpose

To lead and manage SAP EWM projects, ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of warehouse management solutions that align with organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP EWM Manager with 9 to 13 years of expertise to oversee end-to-end warehouse management processes. The role requires hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing SAP EWM solutions while leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP EWM solutions.
Manage and optimize warehouse processes, including inbound, outbound, and inventory management.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Ensure seamless integration between SAP EWM and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, and TM).
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful implementations.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues, ensuring system stability and efficiency.
Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders to maximize solution adoption.
Stay updated on SAP EWM enhancements and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Support pre-sales activities, including solution design and proposal development, when required.

Qualifications

Experience: 9 to 13 years in SAP EWM implementation and support, with proven leadership experience.
Technical Skills:
In-depth knowledge of SAP EWM functionalities and architecture.
Experience with warehouse process optimization and automation.
Familiarity with SAP integration tools and middleware.
Hands-on experience with RF framework and mobile data entry in EWM.
Understanding of SAP TM (Transportation Management) integration is a plus.
Functional Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
