Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guidewire Architect to lead the design, implementation, and integration of Guidewire applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter, and Guidewire certifications. This role requires a collaborative and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience Required:
• Relevant Experience in Guidewire: 7+ years
• Total Experience: 10+ years
• Shift Timings: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM IST (Flexible working hours)
• Work Mode:
• No Work-from-Home.
• Minimum 4 days of in-office work per week.
• Locations: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai
• Compensation: Competitive, as per market standards

• Lead Guidewire implementation projects, ensuring adherence to Guidewire best practices.
• Design and integrate Guidewire PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter with external systems and tools.
• Identify integration gaps and provide effective solutions.
• Oversee coding standards, review processes, branching/merging strategies, and DevOps practices.
• Perform performance monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal application performance.
• Manage configurations, rules, data models, and administrative data effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and enhance system performance.

• Mandatory Certifications:
• Guidewire Cloud Certification (Associate level minimum).
• Guidewire Specialist Certification in PolicyCenter (PC) or ClaimCenter (CC) preferred.
• Technical Expertise:
• Extensive knowledge of Guidewire integration mechanisms, including:
• Data model
• Rules
• Configurations
• Admin data management
• Proficiency in TeamCity, Bitbucket, and qTest.
• In-depth understanding of coding standards, branching/merging strategies, and DevOps workflows.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
