Gen AI Java Production Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities: Application and Production Support:

1. Provide enterprise-level support for J2EE-based web applications to ensure system stability and performance.
2. Debug and resolve issues in Spring , Spring Boot , and microservices environments.
3. Deploy, manage, and monitor applications in Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) or equivalent platforms.
4. Leverage Generative AI tools to enhance production support processes and automate repetitive tasks.
5. Monitor application performance using tools like NewRelic , Dynatrace , and Splunk , optimizing for reliability and scalability.

1. Initiate and lead ERT/SWAT calls to resolve critical production incidents, ensuring quick restoration of services.
2. Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement preventive measures.
3. Set up dashboards, alerts, and reports to proactively monitor system health.

1. Lead and manage offshore production monitoring teams, ensuring adherence to SLAs and operational efficiency.
2. Mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps and QA, to ensure seamless production operations.

1. Implement workflows using Kanban and ticket-based models to manage incidents and tasks effectively.
2. Explore and apply Generative AI models to enhance troubleshooting, predictive analysis, and customer support.
3. Document processes, resolutions, and best practices to build a robust knowledge base for the team.

• Strong hands-on experience in J2EE , Spring , Spring Boot , and microservices architecture .
• Expertise in deploying and maintaining applications on Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) .
• Proficiency with performance monitoring tools such as NewRelic , Dynatrace , and Splunk .
• Solid experience in production monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting in B2B workflows.
• Exposure to Generative AI technologies and tools for process enhancement.
• Excellent communication skills to manage client interactions and team coordination.
