Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to oversee development, support, and implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce technologies, particularly in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Community Cloud, and integration solutions. This role involves client interaction, translating business requirements into comprehensive technical designs, and ensuring the adoption of Salesforce best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:

Lead and mentor development teams in Salesforce technologies, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Translate customer requirements and gap analyses into technical designs.

Salesforce Development:

Hands-on development in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and web services.
Implement Salesforce design patterns, best practices, and robust solutions for complex business needs.
Work on Salesforce Community Cloud solutions with 4+ years of hands-on experience.

Integration Expertise:

Develop and manage integration solutions with at least 2+ years of integration experience.
Use tools like Omni Studio (Flex Cards, Omni Script, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures).

Platform Understanding:

Leverage expertise in both Salesforce Classic and Lightning platforms, including standard features and object structures.
Ensure adherence to Salesforce Governor Limits, Security Models, and data encryption best practices.

Production Support:

Provide ongoing support for Salesforce applications, ensuring optimal performance and issue resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage release processes using DevOps tools.

Innovation and Analytics:

Gain basic familiarity with Einstein Analytics and Einstein Activity Capture for data-driven insights.
Drive innovation by adopting cutting-edge Salesforce technologies.

Communication and Collaboration:

Engage effectively with clients and stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of project requirements.
Support release management processes and tools, ensuring smooth deployment cycles.

Qualifications: Education and Experience:

Minimum Experience: 8+ years in development and support projects, including at least 5+ years in Salesforce.
Leadership Experience: 3+ years as a Salesforce Technical Lead.

Technical Skills:

Core Salesforce Expertise:
5+ years hands-on experience in Apex, Visualforce (VF), Web Services, and integrations.
3+ years experience with Salesforce Lightning.
Omni Studio Proficiency:
Flex Cards, Omni Script, Data Raptors, and Integration Procedures.
Additional Knowledge:
Familiarity with Einstein Analytics, Salesforce Shield Encryption, and Data Masking.
Proficiency in Salesforce DevOps and release management tools.
