We are looking for SAC Deployment lead to join our Voyager Reporting & Analytics team in building innovative products that enterprises don t just use, but love. Our team is motivated by crafting, building and releasing products that our customers, pushing the boundaries of what s possible for making a better working world. You will work closely with engineering, QA, UX, and business teams to deliver highly available SAP technology solutions across the globe.

Diageo is therefore seeking a SAP Solution Architect who has excellent technical and leadership capabilities to effectively deliver SAP S/4 Hana solutions in Diageo s fast-paced environment. They will have efficiently implemented several S/4 Hana solutions and have an excellent multi-functional understanding of SAP.

Overview

This Role, working alongside our System Integrators and SAP, will ensure that our SAP solution and echo systems are crafted in a cohesive way. They will demonstrate SAP standards while supporting unique industry specific solutions and ways of working as needed. They will drive the Design Authority to safeguard compliance to the design and approval process thereby ensuring a smooth transition to Hana S/4 and ongoing transformation activity.

Top Accountabilities

• Run and manage the Design Authority
• Ensure compliance to design process and sign-off
• Drive discissions, as needed, to get to well thought through, cohesive design that is aligned across the Functional Teams
• Probe the design / solution as required, to ensure that all aspects have been considered - bringing experience to bear.
• Manage muti-wave impacts on design, looking to ensure that future designs are understood and accommodated where possible.
• Ensure that SAP standard is the default unless there is a competitive advantage / legal / statutory / regulatory or tax reason for it not to be.
• Advocate Clean Core.
• Approve and set design standards as needed.
• Work with SAP Max Attention to complete regular Design Evaluations
• Align with Diageo Enterprise Architecture should designs need new software / hardware solutions.

Required Proficiencies

• Expertise in SAP S/4 HANA and with relevant implementation experience
• Understanding SAP S/4HANA cloud service offerings with relevant implementation experience
• Experience in more than one of the functional workstream (FICO, SD, SF, EWM, TM, BW, Websphere) or over-all solution architect
• Worked on implementation RFP s as a solution architect responsible for crafting solutions end to end
• A solid grasp of SAP and integration with other applications/systems in an IT landscape
• Understanding of software development lifecycle with experiences of Agile and Waterfall Methodologies.

Qualifications and Experience Required

• 10+ years of technology experience
• Demonstrable ability to understand how technology choices impact business outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain excellent business relationships
• Demonstrated ability to actively engage multi-functionalism
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a distributed team and handle internal D&T Customers
• Demonstrable ability to impact and influence, at a senior customer level, virtually across functions / markets with solid networking, influencing & interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to provide effective and targeted communication
• Experience of working in a distributed environment (e.g. on-shore, off-shore, etc)
• Demonstrable ability to work with 3rd parties to deliver the desired outcome
• Fluent English knowledge
