General Manager Sales - Rajasthan & Gujarat

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies to achieve business objectives, including market penetration, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  
• Manage a team of sales professionals to drive regional sales performance through effective dealer management, forecasting, analysis, and planning.
  
• Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products/services.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, operations) to develop solutions that meet customer requirements and align with company goals.
  
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, track progress against targets, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-20 years of experience in industrial equipment/machinery industry or related field.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Sc).
  
• Diploma in Any Specialization.
  
• Proven expertise in Sales Management, Regional Sales, Industrial Sales, Sales Planning, Dealer Management, Sales Forecasting, Sales Analysis, Team Management, Team Coordination & Sales Strategy.
