JOB SUMMARY

The Business Sales Coordinator supports sales activities through making quotations, negotiating continuously and support sales manager in sales administrative tasks. Responsibilities include providing accurate quotations, facilitating communication, and seamless coordination with prospects/customers operational teams to elevate customer satisfaction levels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Commercial Support

• Utilize DHLs Quotation System (QS) to provide accurate and timely quotations to customers, ensuring correctness in all quotes.
• Act as a liaison between new/existing customers and the sales team, assisting in the preparation of customer communications and quotes.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Support the sales team in the lead management.

Reporting and Team Support

• Track and compile reports on team performance, any strategic initiatives by their respective Regional Managers.
• Foster a culture of high performance within the team.

WHO CAN APPLY

Must Have

• Bachelors degree required; a post-graduate degree with a focus on sales/marketing is preferred.
• 3-4 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within the freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics industries.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication for effective interaction.
• Manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify challenges and develop creative solutions.
