POSITION: SALES CO-ORDINATOR
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- DATA OF IMPORTERS/ EXPORTERS WILL BE GIVEN
- TAKE INFORMATION DATA S OF EXPORTER / IMPORTER & DETAILS OF CONTACT PERSON, ADDRESS, ETC
- FIX APPOINTMENTS TO MEET THE IMPORTER S / EXPORTERS.
- PREPARE THE LIST OF TARGETED, POTENTIAL & PROJECTED CLIENTS.
- EXPLAIN THE SERVICES OFFERED BY FREIGHT FORWARDING DIVISION & GROUP S SERVICES.
- IDENTIFY / ANALYSE THE CLIENTS TO UTILISE OUR FREIGHT SERVICES.
- PASS THE LEADS TO CONCERNED DEPARTMENT IF THE CLIENT REQUIRED OTHER SERVICES OF OUR GROUP.
- DEVELOP PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIP WITH CLIENTS
- ONCE ENQUIRIES RECEIVED, PREPARE QUOTES AND SEND TO CLIENT
- FOLLOW ON THE QUOTE SENT
- CONSTANTLY FOLLOW UP WITH CLIENTS THROUGH CALL & MAILS.
- DAILY REPORTING OF THE SALES CALL MADE.
- PREPARE WEEKLY SALES REPORTS ON ENQUIRIES, CALLS MADE.
- MONTHLY REVIEW MEETING REPORTS TO DISCUSS THE REVIEW AND PLAN OF ACTION FOR THE NEXT MONTH & QUARTERLY.
- AFTER SUCCESSFUL CONVERSION OF A CLIENT TO BIZ, FOLLOW PROCEDURES ON NEW CLIENT APPROVALS / EXECUTIONS TILL PAYMENT.
- CONTINOUS CONVERSION OF MULTIPLE CLIENTS.
- KRA WILL BE SET BASED ON THE ABOVE.
- REVIEW ON THE SAME WILL BE EVERY QUARTERLY.
- DAILY REPORTING TO THE FUNCTIONAL HEAD
- UNDERSTAND THE PROCESS OF HANDLING A SHIPMENT
- AFTER 14 TO 20 MONTHS CHANGE ROLE FROM CO ORDINATOR TO CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE.
