Role : DFT Engineer

About the Job :

We are looking for a skilled Design for Test (DFT) Engineer with over 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate should have excellent debugging and scripting skills and a strong understanding of DFT architecture and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Hands-on development and implementation of DFT methodologies, including ATPG, MBIST, and Scan Insertion.

- Simulation and verification of ATPG, MBIST, and LBIST patterns.

- Porting patterns from block-level to top-level designs, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.

- Understanding and optimizing the DFT architecture and related frameworks.

- Working with ICL (Internal Clocking Logic) networks for effective DFT implementation.

- Collaborating with STA (Static Timing Analysis) teams and understanding STA constraints to achieve design timing closure.

- Supporting silicon debug activities and addressing DFT-related issues post-silicon (preferred but not mandatory).

Skills & Qualifications :

Experience : 3+ years of hands-on experience in DFT with a proven track record in debugging and scripting.

Tools : Proficiency in DFT tools for ATPG, MBIST, and LBIST, as well as scripting languages (e., Python, Perl, TCL).

Technical Expertise :

- Solid understanding of DFT architecture and design principles.

- Experience with ICL network implementation and STA constraints.

- Knowledge of silicon debug processes is an added advantage.

Soft Skills : Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
