Java Full Stack Developer - Spring Boot/Hibernate (8-12 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Java Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable web applications using Java and related technologies. You will work on both the front-end and back-end, contributing to all phases of the software development lifecycle. This position requires a strong understanding of Java development principles and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java technologies.

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues.

- Develop server-side logic and APIs using Java and frameworks like Spring Boot, Hibernate, or similar.

- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.

- Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms.

- Work with relational and NoSQL databases.

- Develop user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).

- Implement responsive designs and ensure cross-browser compatibility.

- Integrate front-end applications with back-end APIs.

- Optimize front-end performance and user experience.

- Design and implement database schemas.

- Write and optimize database queries.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality.

- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs.

- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers.

- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

Qualifications :

Essential :

- Proficiency in Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Hibernate).

- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern JavaScript frameworks.

- Experience with relational or NoSQL databases.

- Experience with RESTful APIs.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms and deployment.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
