Technical Trainer

About the Role:
We are on the lookout for a dynamic Automotive Embedded Electronic Trainer and EV Trainer to lead impactful training sessions and workshops. In this role, you will:

• Deliver hands-on technical training on topics such as EV architecture, Battery Management Systems, and Motor Controllers, while also covering Embedded Systems and Automotive Electronics.
• Create engaging content and training modules to enhance learner understanding and skill application.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address specific upskilling needs and stay ahead of industry trends.

Educational Requirements:

• B.E./M.E. in Electrical, Electronics, or related technical disciplines.

Experience:

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in technical training within the automotive domain.
• Strong exposure to Electric Vehicles and embedded systems is a must.

Key Skills:

• Solid understanding of Energy Storage Devices, Motors, Chargers, and Automotive Electronics.
• Knowledge of functional safety, cybersecurity, and connected vehicle technologies.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to inspire learners.
