Qualification:- Graduate/ Post Graduate in Ceramics, Materials Science, Civil, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Concrete Technology

Location:- New Delhi (HQ)
No. of Positions:- 01
Experience:- 2 - 4 years of experience in academic or applied research in the field of building materials / concretes / ceramics with exposure to product development and testing
Job description:
Undertake research in utilization of industrial waste materials e.g. fly ash, mine waste, agri residues, waste limestone, biomass etc. for turning into wealth.
Formulate research methodology and research plans including execution as per guidelines provided.
Characterization and analysis of materials, formulation of compositions and development of newer products.
Undertake collaborative research with academic institutions leading to adoption of new and relevant technologies and development of new products.
Demonstrate and support commercial deployment of developed technology and products in small scale enterprises.
Support to materials, cement and concrete laboratory for analysis and testing.
Timely delivery of products with clients and internal satisfaction.
Writing proposals as per the requirement of funding agency(s), including business plans.
Desirable Qualities
Must be proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
Hard working with ability to understand and analyze research results.
Ability to travel and manage a research lab.
