And we have successfully expanded to new geographies - GCC/Saudi andSEA/Malaysia. As countries (20+) digitize compliance, we are best-positioned to leverage the tailwindsand transform the CFOs office. About Role The HRBP role at Clear involves a strategic partnership with the business leaders to alignbusiness objectives and support organizational growth. This includes focusing on employeeengagement, development, and ensuring that people strategies are well-integrated with businessgoals to foster both employee satisfaction and performance . Job Responsibilities Business/Functional Acumen: You must have an understanding of the organization s vision,mission and strategy. Productivity: Drive initiatives to enhance productivity of the teams. Have a focus towards enabling growth of the teams. Performance Management: Drive OKR planning, goal setting for the respective teams andfacilitate Performance appraisal discussions to elevate performance of the teams Engagement: Maintain strong connection with employees and Leaders to understand the pulseof the teams and drive action plans to build highly engaged teams. Partner in Talent sourcing and onboarding: Liaise with TA team the Consumer team to ensurewe hire right. Work closely with TA and Managers to ensure positive candidate experience. Custodian of policies and processes: Be the first point of contact for employees and ensuretimely resolution of employee issues. Ensure adherence to company policies. Liaise with teamsto ensure a health and safe working environment Managerial Effectiveness: Coach and mentor leaders and managers and drive initiatives (1:1,Skip level meetings, feedback to Managers) to improve managerial effectiveness. Job Requirement: Candidates must have prior experience as HRBP and should have an overall HR experience of 3-6years. Experienced working in a fast paced environment/ startups Should be good in Problem Solving and Stakeholder Management Excellent communication skills Preferred Educational Qualification Post Graduation in HR from Tier 1 or 2 institute Advanced degree in Human Resources Management, Organization Development or Business willbe considered an advantage
