Job Role Clear is looking for Solutions Engineers to work with integration team. As a Solutions Engineer, you will be required to conduct technical feasibility calls, demonstrate the features of Clear products, and create customized software solutions for the customer. To ensure success as a Solutions Engineer, you should have in-depth knowledge of software systems, a passion for customer delight, and high-level communications skills. Ultimately, a top- notch Solutions Engineer drives success by creating specialized business software solutions, tailor- made to the customers needs. Required Skills: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or equivalent work experience as a Solutions Engineer/Developer. Great communication skills - Frequent and clear written communication with a knack for taking technical language and making it understandable to a layman is vital. Practical experience with SQL, T-SQL, SSRS, and Visual Studio is a must. Exposure to .NET, C#ASP.NET JavaScript or Shell or Phython is preferred. API consultation role. So specific ERP knowledge is not mandatory but good to have. Understanding of client Server Architecture for web applications Preferred who have worked in SAAS Product based company (Not must) Should understand how frontend backend of web application works Worked on consuming restful API Understand data transformations(Any one database exp is good) Hands on programming not required Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - A passion for solving tough problems and proposing elegant solutions. Self-driven work ethic - You should be a self-starter who loves taking initiative and seeing things through to completion. Curiosity and the desire to learn and adapt - Our business is changing and growing fast. Flexibility is the key to learning and helping teach others. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Patience, grace, and a sense of humor. Attention to detail. Responsibilities: Provide API documentation walkthrough to end customer Understand client Business process and provide the solution Manager User acceptance testing and getting sign off from the customer Leverage business knowledge and expertise to deliver business process improvements Collaborate with other IT and functional area personnel on routine and major system upgrade activity collaborate with Product team on Roadmap enhancements and related testing Providing technical solution to client during pre sales Managing the project end to end till go live Managing SI partner for partner driven account Gather and understand business requirements for support and work with the rest of Tech Team to ensure expectations are met or exceeded
