Toconceptualize, formulate, Initiate, and implement all Policies, Processes & Procedures pertaining to human resources management to support the achievementof organizational objectives by way of effective development, utilization & satisfaction of the Human Resource.

ManpowerPlanning for Staff including benchmark studies

Organization Structure

Administrationof JD directory (development and standardization as per benchmark positions)and any amendments required as a consequence of change in organization structure,

Competency Mapping

TalentManagement including Talent Segmentation ; identification of Hi-Pots and CareerPath Development, Leadership Development Plan area identification,

PMS- Coordination and facilitation of Goal Setting /Appraisal Process and any meetings / familiarization workshops related to theseprocesses, compilation of scores and normalization, promotion /progression lists based on Manager and Management feedback,

Compensationand Benefits Revision: C & B Benchmark study, revision inputs based on PMSscore, correction, promotion, preparation and uploading of CTC revision /promotion letters; Pratibimb with IDP Development

Policies Formation and Amendments of policies, benchmarking with best practices from industry, communication on policyinformation, clarification, monitoring implementation status of policies

SOP and WI

OD Initiative : Step-up and succession plan, ExitInterview Analysis, New Initiatives
