PMS- Coordination and facilitation of Goal Setting /Appraisal Process and any meetings / familiarization workshops related to theseprocesses, compilation of scores and normalization, promotion /progression lists based on Manager and Management feedback,
Compensationand Benefits Revision: C & B Benchmark study, revision inputs based on PMSscore, correction, promotion, preparation and uploading of CTC revision /promotion letters; Pratibimb with IDP Development
Policies Formation and Amendments of policies, benchmarking with best practices from industry, communication on policyinformation, clarification, monitoring implementation status of policies
