Job Description
- Develop & Configure ITOM Modules Implement and manage ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration, and CMDB.
- CMDB & Discovery Management – Design, configure, and optimize CMDB data models and Discovery processes, ensuring accurate asset and relationship mapping.
- Scripting & Automation – Develop scripts using JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and Workflow automation for ITOM functionalities.
- Integrations & Cloud Management – Integrate ServiceNow ITOM with third-party monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, SolarWinds) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Event Management & Monitoring – Configure Event Management policies, correlation rules, and alert handling for proactive issue resolution.
- ITIL & Process Alignment – Ensure ITOM solutions align with ITIL best practices and business requirements for effective IT operations management.
- Troubleshooting & Optimization – Analyze discovery logs, CMDB data quality, and system performance, troubleshooting issues and optimizing configurations.
