Requirements:

Client Handling:

- Maintain effective communication with clients and demonstrate prompt & efficient problem solving skills.

Automations:

- Implement, Manage Email and WhatsApp Automations to streamline communication.

Formulating Strategies:

- Collaborate in designing of the funnel with Marketing Agency & Strategizing around it enhances the conversion rates.

Webinar Moderation:

- Assisting the Creator in webinar and handling the backend operations.

- Data Management

- Maintaining the data of the webinars with regular updates to the manager.

Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Solution Oriented Mindset.

- Excellent Client handling skills

- Proficiency with MS Office, Presentation skills & Research Skill

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
