On behalf of our client , We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic General Manager to join our client company, for managing the portfolio of 300Cr, managing 6 to 8 countries.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and driving the business for the company's range of products in the international market..

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the business dedicated to products related to the entire range of products for the Franco market.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company goals and revenues.
- Manage and mentor a team to enhance their performance and professional growth.
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to optimize product positioning and sales strategies.
