Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager with a strong background in accounting to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR functions and ensuring accurate financial records and reporting. This role requires a blend of HR expertise and financial acumen to support our organization's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Human Resources Management:
• Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding, Exit processes.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and employee development programs.
• Conduct training sessions and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
2. Payroll and Benefits Administration:
• Manage payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
• Reconcile payroll and benefits accounts.
3. Accounting and Financial Reporting:
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Client billing and invoicing, payments follow-ups
• Monthly TDS, PF, GST and other vendor payments
• Monitor and report on financial performance and variances.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
4. HR Data and Analytics:
• Maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensure data accuracy.
• Generate HR reports and metrics for decision-making purposes.
• Handle entire appraisal process.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and make recommendations.
5. Compliance and Risk Management:
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor and employment laws.
• Conduct regular audits of HR and accounting processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in HR management and accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in HRIS and accounting software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in HR, Accounting, or related field.
• Preferred Experience with IT company.
