Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team at Lohia Group. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Manage the reception area, keeping it tidy and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Coordinate with the sales and property management teams for client meetings and property viewings.
- Provide information and assistance to clients and visitors regarding company services and properties.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of real estate industry practices and terminology is an advantage.
