Position Overview:

Lohia Worldspace is looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to support and maintain our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will oversee hardware and software systems, ensure seamless network operations, troubleshoot system issues, and contribute to overall IT efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Hardware Support:

- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware.

- Conduct regular hardware maintenance and upgrades.

- Software Management:

- Install, update, and troubleshoot software applications.

- Provide user training and support for software-related issues.

- Network & Server Room Management:

- Monitor and maintain routers, switches, and firewalls.

- Ensure optimal performance of the server room and data backups.

- IT Asset Management:

- Maintain an updated inventory of IT assets and ensure proper usage.

- Coordinate procurement and disposal of IT equipment.

- Issue Resolution:

- Diagnose and resolve Wi-Fi connectivity issues.

- Troubleshoot system bugs, software errors, and performance bottlenecks.

- Documentation:

- Maintain documentation for IT processes, configurations, and issue resolution.

- Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and security protocols.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (certifications like CCNA, CompTIA A+, or equivalent are a plus).

- 2+ years of experience in IT support or similar roles.

- Understanding of hardware, software, and networking fundamentals.

- Familiarity with router configuration, server maintenance, and network troubleshooting.

- Knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and basic cybersecurity principles.

- Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach.
