DesIDEA Software Technologies - Shopify Implementation Lead - PHP/React.js (8-10 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for configuring following fundmental configurations of Shopify.

A. Shopify Store Setup & Configuration :

- Shopify plan selection (Basic, Shopify, Advanced, Plus)

- Domain setup and SSL configuration

- Shopify theme selection and customization

- Initial product setup and categorization

- Navigation and UI/UX setup

B. Performance & Security :

- Web Application Firewall (WAF) - Protect against DDoS and attacks (e.g., Cloudflare, AWS WAF)

- Daily Backups - Ensure data recovery in case of failures (e.g., Rewind, Vault)

- PCI Compliance & Secure Payments - Ensure compliance with Shopify's payment security standards

- Bot Protection - Prevent scalping, fraudulent activities

- Uptime Monitoring - Detect and alert on site downtime

C. E-commerce Features & Optimization :

- Product management (variants, inventory, pricing)

- SEO optimization (structured data, speed improvements)

- Mobile responsiveness

- Checkout optimization (abandoned cart recovery)

- Site speed and CDN configuration

D. Integrations & Automation :

- Payment gateway configuration (Stripe, PayPal, Amazon Pay)

- Shipping & logistics integrations (ShipStation, EasyPost)

- ERP/Inventory management (NetSuite, TradeGecko, Cin7)

- CRM integration (HubSpot, Salesforce)

- Email marketing automation (Klaviyo, Mailchimp)

E. Ongoing Maintenance & Support :

- Shopify updates & troubleshooting

- Performance tuning & optimization

- Security patches and compliance checks

- Customer support (ticketing, live chat support)

Qualifications :

- Degree in Computer Science or any Equivalent Degree

- Minimum 7 years of working experience on Shopify product

- Expertise in online sales marketing

- Experience in WordPress, PHP, React.js, and Node.js.

- Ableton guide and manage the team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
