Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for effective and efficient working of Treasury Management function including liquidity, debt, interest rates and investment management
• Coordinating with Banks, Rating Agencies and other Financial Institutions and liaise with business units across India
• Monitoring Compliance under FEMA for FDI, Trade Finance Regulations related to Imports and Exports as per Risk Management policies under RBI frameworks.
• UIN wise clearance from RBI
• Overseas operations related to issuance of SBLCs/CGT's and Term loans arrangment
• To manage Daily Cash Flow for the organization and overseas to reduce the requirement of Working capital for the group
• Managing Import & export transaction and Tracked Markets for currency exposure of the group within defined parameters.
• To explore the feasability to reduce the forex loss on the pyables and receivables for the group
• Explore low cost funds for the organization and find alternate financial products to bring down weighted average cost of debt.
• Knowledge related to IDPMS and EDPMS
• Participation in daily routine transactions with various banks including Fund transfer and RTGS/NEFT
• Analysis of Group Stock Insurance policies
• Consolidation of various reports within defined parameters i.e. Cash flow, Fund flow, Import and Export register, Bank reconciliation etc
• Documentation related to open and close the bank accounts
• Knowledge of Trade on Net and TReDS platforms
• Knowledge to Hedge the transactions
• Monitoring of Payment.
• Monitoring Fund Based and Non Fund Based limit availed from Financial Institutions
• Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment
• Timely renewal of fund based and non-fund based limits with Banks
• Submission of Documents to Banks on monthly basis related to working capital availed e.g. Stock Statement
• Timely submission of documents to Banks on receipt of foreign remittances
• Monitoring Bank Guarantee issued/received
• Opening and Tracking of LC payments
• Ensuring coverage of Fire, Burglary, Transit, and Personal Accident Insurance.
• Meeting of Export and Import Compliances like Custom duty calculation and payments, submission of various documents to customs relating to import and export.
