Finance Manager

Education & Experience: CA / ICWA (CMA) with 13-20 years of experience, preferably in EPC projects and the infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial operations, banking, and treasury management.
• Prepare budgets, financial summaries, CMA reports, and fund flow statements.
• Manage working capital, credit portfolios, and trade finance operations.
• Handle banking documentation, SEBI compliance, ROC filings, and due diligence reports.
• Liaise with banks, rating agencies, and investment/merchant bankers.
• Ensure financial compliance and risk management.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong financial analysis, planning, and reporting skills.
• Experience in banking, treasury, and credit management.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preference for candidates with experience in EPC projects and infrastructure finance.
