• Assist the General Manager in overseeing the financial operations of the organization.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize profitability.
• Prepare, monitor, and report on annual budgets and forecasts.
• Conduct variance analysis to assess performance against budgets.
• Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Monitor cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
• Develop cash flow projections and manage working capital.
• Develop and monitor financial models to support pricing, cost control, and investment decisions.
• Ensure the accurate reporting of financial data to regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
• Treasury and Bank Management functions.
• Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Partner with other departments, including operations and regulatory compliance, to support long-term strategic goals.
