Job Description

The Loyalty Sales Lead is responsible for driving customer retention and revenue growth by through loyalty programs and strategies.

This role focuses on fostering long-term relationships with customers, enhancing the customer experience, and promoting loyalty-driven sales initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating value-driven customer engagements.

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products through loyalty initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to integrate loyalty strategies into sales pipelines.
  • Set and achieve targets for revenue generation from loyalty-driven sales for the assigned cluster of projects.
  • Support the vertical head in preparation of annual sales strategy for the segment, including action plans for assigned projects / markets
  • Direct the teams efforts towards leveraging a strong network of Channel Partners (CP). Guide the team to consistently build on the CP network to acquire new business and manage clients in collaboration with them.
  • Consistently identify and qualify leads in designated markets to achieve set personal targets. Direct the team to leverage the best opportunities based on specific client needs and market conditions.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive loyalty strategy.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving customer retention initiatives.
  • Overall experience of atleast 10 years with significant experience in referral,or loyalty sales.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for building relationships.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to identify and act on new opportunities.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
