Job Title: HR Business Partner (HRBP) Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) Manager to align our HR strategies with business objectives. The HRBP Manager will collaborate with business leaders to drive employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development initiatives while ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to solving people-related challenges and fostering a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to understand their objectives and provide HR solutions that drive performance and engagement.
- Act as a strategic advisor on HR-related matters, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure legal compliance and operational efficiency.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, action planning, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Drive talent management and succession planning programs to identify and develop high-potential employees.
- Provide guidance on compensation and benefits to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
- Handle complex employee relations issues and investigations, ensuring fair and consistent resolutions.
- Support leadership development programs and training initiatives to build a strong leadership pipeline.
- Leverage HR analytics and data to drive informed decision-making and measure HR effectiveness.
- Collaborate with HR centers of excellence (COEs) in areas such as recruitment, learning & development, and employee engagement.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP or similar strategic HR role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to manage change and drive HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience with HRIS and HR analytics tools is preferred.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
