Job Description:
Were looking for a demand generation executive who will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing integrated marketing campaigns and strategies across digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Building: Execute marketing plans to drive brand growth across offline and digital channels.
• Growth Marketing: Drive lead generation by identifying target audiences, selecting appropriate digital channels, and tracking performance metrics.
• Market Intelligence: Continuously track and swiftly respond to evolving technology and AI trends in the fast-paced business world.
• Competitive Landscape: Conduct research and analysis to assess competitive alternatives and our market position, quickly adapting strategies to maintain and enhance our edge.
• Campaign Management: Drive lead generation campaigns through multichannel marketing strategy aimed at accelerating customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• MarTech Tools: Launch lead generation campaigns on automation platforms such as email marketing software, social media management tools, marketing automation platforms, and more.
• Website Management: Collaborate with internal team and external vendors to ensure the website is user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and optimized for conversions.
• Analytics and Reporting: Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency and ROI optimization.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with the external vendors to develop and execute marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1-2 years) in a marketing role, preferably in B2B.
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
• Expertise in SEO, SEM, and Website management will be an added advantage
• Ability to work independently and team player ability.
• Dynamic, aggressive, result-oriented, and self-starter.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
