Senior Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Performance-oriented candidates with overall 2+ years experience and with a minimum of 1+ years of work experience in a US/Canada sales/cross-selling/lead generation voice process in an International BPO
• Responsible for effectively handling customer queries and providing exceptional customer service
• Maintaining consistent productivity and consistently achieving assigned sales targets
• Ability to handle clients professionally during all interactions
• Meet call quality requirements according to call monitoring guidelines
• Effective presenter, negotiator, collaborator, and deal closer
• Creating and monitoring sales pipeline and achieving assigned goals and targets
• Motivation for sales, sales planning, implementation, and rapport building
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

Requirements for this Position

• Overall 2+ Years of Experience in BPO industry and at least 1+ year of US Sales/Lead Generation Voice process experience
• Excellent people and interpersonal skills
