Job Description
- Configuration and development of all functional aspects of the CA PPM system
- Make and run ad-hoc and custom reports on the information in the CA PPM database
- Work with CA and other vendors to achieve deliverables and troubleshoot application issues
- Acting as CA PPM Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing guidance and direction on system functionality and limitations
- Creation of custom workflows and portlet development
- Production support and access management of CA PPM cloud environment
- Creating and executing XOG scripts
- Identifying, documenting, and performing periodic system maintenance activities
- Assisting in the development of test scripts for validating upgrades/fix patches
- Recommend resolutions for process problems and assess defects and time delays in process
- Verifying compliance with CA PPM reporting requirements
- Providing CA PPM system performance reports in accordance with the PMO requirements to support executive decision making
- Assist in developing/documenting processes that use or impact PPM: Resource management, time management, budget management
- Provide refresher and new employee PPM training as needed
Preferred Skills and qualification:
- 6 to 10 years strong hands-on experience in Clarity PPM v15 v16 higher-Classic and Modern UX.
- Good understanding and experience in working with reporting tools (SAP BO, Crystal
Reports, Jasper Soft and BI reporting) integrated with Clarity PPM.
- Good Understanding of REST, HTML and Network infrastructure.
- Good understanding of ERP systems and HR Management System.
- Experience in complete life cycle of CA Clarity implementations including requirements
gathering and definition, prototyping, design, implementation, data migration, interface
and integrations and version upgrade.
- Review and integrate all application requirements, including Functional, security,
integration, performance, quality and operations requirements with along the technical
architecture requirement for Clarity PPM Tool.
- Possess Functional knowledge of other PPM tools like HP PPM.
- Understanding on Project and portfolio management life cycle and data model of Clarity
PPM
- Have knowledge on Web Content Management tools like Adobe
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, target oriented and team oriented.
- Systematic Approach, quick adaptability to new technologies.
- Demonstrable competencies in negotiating decision-making and ability to work in high-
pressure environment and achieve time bound goals.
- Knowledge of Agile Frame work.

- Work Hours: 12.30pm IST to 9.30pm IST
