Role - Brand Manager - Marketing.
Designation - AM/Manager - Brand Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Be the brand custodian.
- Ensure brand guideline framework in all creatives across platforms, forms, audiences etc.
- Manage and execute campaigns for new user acquisition for affiliate and brand partners.
- Hands on understanding of Competition mapping, consumer insights, budget management support in creatives.
- Consistently track our brand positioning in the market and also for the competition.
- Manage creative, social media, influencer and PR agencies, production houses and market research companies effectively to get desired results.
- Closely collaborate with cross functional teams to take campaigns live on time through effective communication.
- High potential on creativity and the ability to understand pulse of consumers & the ability to translate insights into actionable multi-channel marketing initiatives across ATL/BTL, Digital, Social, Influencer etc.
- Manage PR calendar with regular PR reporting and co-creating content based on growth delivering strategy.
- Create and operate research calendar, share consumer insights and trends on a periodic basis.
- Monitor consumer in-App and Web experience and constantly plan for optimisation and improvement.
- Prepare & monitor daily, weekly, and monthly progress report of the campaigns on decided KPI/metrics at partner level.
- Responsible for effectively buying media, negotiating rates to ensure Quality user acquisition.
- Handle competition mapping, consumer insights for the channel.
- Collaborate with cross functional departments across Design, CRM, Product, SEO, Finance, Compliance.
- Create and manage high performing on role / off role / vendor based teams.
- Hands on understanding of data mining and analytics.
- Strong network for affiliate and brand partners for app and web inventories.
Requirements:
- High degree of ownership and drive to deliver measurable results.
- High on collaboration and cross functional working.
- Proactively identify, highlight & mitigate the operational issues on time.
- Hands on understanding on MS excel, Appsflyer or any Marketing Automation Tool and Google Analytics.
- Worked on programmatic platforms Taboola.
- Prior experience in real-money gaming, fantasy sports will be an add-on.
