Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Recruitment to lead our talent acquisition function for Deltin (Delta Corp Ltd)- India’s premier, listed hospitality and casino gaming company. This role will drive end-to-end recruitment for diverse functions including gaming operations, hospitality, F&B, marketing, security, IT, and corporate roles. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of data-driven hiring strategies, strong industry networks, and an employer branding mindset to attract top-tier talent.
Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning: Develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with business goals to meet workforce demands across hospitality, gaming, and corporate functions.
• End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Employer Branding: Position the company as an employer of choice through targeted branding, recruitment marketing, and engagement strategies.
• Sourcing & Pipeline Management: Build a robust talent pipeline using executive search, recruitment agencies, employee referrals, social media, and direct sourcing.
• Diversity & Inclusion: Ensure hiring strategies promote diversity across all levels of the organization.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs and drive recruitment solutions that support organizational growth.
• Data-Driven Hiring Decisions: Utilize HR analytics and recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes and enhance decision-making.
• Recruitment Technology & Process Improvement: Leverage ATS platforms, AI-based recruitment tools, and automation to enhance efficiency and improve candidate experience.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to labor laws, gaming regulations, and internal policies in all recruitment processes.
• Executive Hiring & Leadership Recruitment: Drive CXO & senior-level hiring to attract top leadership talent for key business functions.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the hospitality, gaming, or luxury service industry.
• Proven track record of scaling hiring operations for high-volume roles, especially in the casino, hospitality, and F&B sectors.
• Expertise in talent mapping, executive search, and data-driven hiring.
• Strong understanding of Goa’s labor market, talent availability, and local regulatory environment.
• Experience working with modern ATS platforms (Darwinbox, Workday, or similar) and recruitment automation tools.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to partner with business leaders, CHROs, and department heads.
• Deep networks and industry relationships within hospitality, gaming, and entertainment sectors.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in recruitment metrics, SLAs, and hiring efficiency optimization.
