The team
The Deloitte South Asia strategic growth team serves as a central pillar driving growth and transformation within DSA, spanning several business lines and various technology functions. We are established as a centralized team collaborating across consulting, implementation, and operation to maintain and enhance client value offerings and services. We innovate conventional approaches, leveraging Deloitte technology, differentiated domain expertise, intellectual property, talent, and capacity to embed continuous advantage and deliver enhanced business value.
In this team, our focus is on catering to the unique needs and preferences of clients in the South Asia region. Your role within this dynamic team is essential for establishing networks and relationships across the client stakeholder ecosystem and ensuring service fulfillment. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with other Deloitte leadership and stakeholders dedicated to the client. Your contributions will involve nurturing new and existing relationships, supporting presales life cycles, and playing a pivotal role in driving the success of DSA business growth for the specific client.

Your work profile
As an Enterprise Architect, you will be at the forefront of business development, technical advisory, shaping and presenting solutions and services to the client stakeholders. As an Enterprise Architect, you will be responsible for working with client, partners and prospects, to gather their IT and business insights and translate them into an enterprise technology solution using various SaaS, PaaS, ERP s, digital and cloud Platforms and communicate the value of our solutions/services to business and technical prospective users and decision makers.

You possess experience collaborating with and effectively engaging with client executives, senior leaders, partners, and teams to foster business development, value creation, and the overall growth of the business.
Your responsibilities will include:

Presales:
The Single point of contact and leader responsible for strategizing and promoting Deloitte offerings across IT, SaaS, PaaS, Digital, and Cloud ecosystems, in partnership with the Customer Success Account Manager, for the clients cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
Lead development of multi-year business and technology growth strategies and roadmaps for Deloitte across domains and technologies functions; help facilitating opportunity identification, business cases, technology adoption, operating model, and innovation opportunities etc.
Preparing technical & commercial presentations, proposals based on request for information (RFI) & request for proposal (RFP).
Collaborate with cross functional, technical and sales teams to develop presales strategies for enterprise digital and cloud solutions spanning Deloittes business and technology domains.
Craft innovative and tailored solutions that address client challenges and goals.
Solution and Architecture:
Architect end-to-end business and technology solutions during the presales process, ensuring alignment with client requirements, business goals and outcomes.
Learn and Analyze architecture pain points to determine the best and cost-effective technical solutions and gain experience with tools, technologies, and platforms across many technology stacks.
Experience with SaaS, PaaS, Digital and cloud Transformation/Optimization or Cloud Migration (Lift-Shift), App Modernization projects with Enterprise customers in a multi-region, multi-availability environments.
Provide architecture leadership and oversight for transformational enterprise impacting initiatives.
Lead and build development and maintenance of architecture artifacts, frameworks, reusable assets and patterns as references for engineers and architects.
Client Engagement:
Engage directly with clients to understand their strategic and operational needs and present our offerings and solutions effectively.
Conduct workshops and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our offerings.
Value Proposition Development:
Partner with stakeholders early in the project lifecycle to identify business, information, technical and security issues and act as a strategic consultant throughout the technology lifecycle.
Participate in the Central of excellence activities, architecture community of practice, internal knowledge sharing sessions, external events.
Define and articulate the unique value propositions, accelerators, templates, and reusable assets of our practices and domains.
Collaborate with technical teams to develop prototypes and proof of concepts.
Work closely with marketing teams to develop collateral that supports presales activities.
Collaboration:
with external and cross-functional teams, including Centers of Excellence (CoEs), technology, delivery, and operations teams, to ensure the seamless integration of Deloitte solutions and offerings.
Provide technical insights to enhance the overall effectiveness of Deloitte offerings.
