The Team

The Marketing, Brand and Communications team is responsible for building Deloitte India s brand eminence, ensuring a consistent tone of voice, and managing the internal and external communication activities that support the firm s value proposition. The team is composed of brand guardians, public relations experts, event managers, graphic designers, video artists, digital mavericks, researchers, and copy writers.

Work you ll do

- Assist with the daily management and execution of Marketo campaigns.

- Support in creating and delivering email marketing campaigns and workflows.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns.

- Create and maintain email templates and landing pages using HTML.

- Analyze and report on campaign performance using Excel to track key metrics.

- Troubleshoot technical issues within Marketo and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

- Basic knowledge of HTML is required.

- Proficiency in Excel is a must (including data analysis and reporting).

- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Marketo preferred, but not mandatory).

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
