Job Description
Customization and Enhancement:
Customize and extend OFSAA modules using Oracle tools and technologies, including PL/SQL, ETL.
Develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to meet business requirements using OFSAA and Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE).
Support and Troubleshooting:
Provide ongoing support to business users and technical teams for day-to-day operations of the OFSAA suite.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to OFSAA applications, databases, integrations, and configurations.
Perform regular system health checks, upgrades, and patches to ensure optimal performance and security.
