Job Description
- Accurately post incoming payments (cheques, ACH, wire transfers, Foreign remittance) to the appropriate customer accounts.
- Reconcile customer payments against invoices and ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Investigate and resolve any payment discrepancies or short payments by coordinating with customers and internal teams.
- Maintain detailed records of payments, adjustments, and unapplied amounts for each customer.
