Entity:
1. To liaise with Bankers and Business teams for handling requests for Bank Guarantee issuance.
2. To effectively communicate changes suggested by banks in the BG text to the business team and the impact if the suggested changes are not acceptable to client.
3. To keep track of all bank guarantees issued and follow up with concerned teams for closure of bank guarantees.
4. To post all necessary accounting entries in SAP for bank charges related Bank Guarantees and other operations.
5. To prepare bank reconciliation statements for various accounts and to follow up with concerned users for necessary actions.
6. To ensure proper documentation for account opening and change of signatories as an when applicable.
7. To liaise with auditors for providing necessary details/ explanations during Audit Process.
