Cashier

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Restaurant Cashier to join our team at Della Adventure & Resorts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing customer orders, handling payments, and ensuring a seamless guest experience. As the face of our restaurant, you will uphold the highest standards of customer service while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.

Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service.
Process food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
Handle cash, card, and digital payments efficiently and responsibly.
Maintain an organized and accurate cash drawer, ensuring no discrepancies.
Issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges as needed.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization at the cashier counter.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
Support other team members during peak hours or as needed.

Prior experience as a cashier, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Familiarity with POS systems and basic accounting principles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Trustworthy, punctual, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
Basic math skills for handling transactions.
