Contracts Tendering , Sr. Manager - Contracts and Tendering
Key Responsibilities:
1. Tendering Process Management:
Oversee the complete tendering process from pre-qualification to contract award for interior and MEP works.
Prepare tender documents, including detailed specifications, schedules of work, and project requirements (materials, labor, goods, and services).
Invite bids from contractors, suppliers, and service providers, ensuring alignment with project timelines, quality, and budget.
Evaluate bids based on price, quality, and previous experience in luxury projects.
2. Contract Administration:
Draft, review, and negotiate legal contracts to ensure compliance with project requirements and legal standards.
Define terms of agreements, including communication protocols, contract length, payment terms, due dates, late fee penalties, and overall budget controls.
Maintain clear documentation for all agreements to serve as legally binding references.
3. Costing and Budget Management:
Lead the tender costing process for entire interior and MEP packages, ensuring alignment with the project s luxury standards and budget.
Conduct market research to estimate accurate project costs and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Track and control project costs, addressing any deviations promptly.
4. Risk Management and Compliance:
Collaborate with the risk management team to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure all tenders and contracts comply with applicable legal and industry standards.
5. Vendor and Stakeholder Coordination:
Build and maintain relationships with contractors, suppliers, and service providers in the luxury segment.
Coordinate with design, interior, and MEP teams to ensure seamless integration of project deliverables.
Oversee the timely delivery of goods, services, and labor as per the agreed-upon schedule.
6. Project Reporting and Monitoring:
Monitor the progress of contracts and report key milestones to project stakeholders.
Address disputes or deviations from the contract to ensure project timelines and quality are not compromised.
Strong knowledge of tendering and procurement processes.
Expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, and legal compliance.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail for costing and evaluation.
Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Proven expertise in managing high-value interior and MEP packages.
Strong understanding of luxury project specifications, quality standards, and vendor requirements
