Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Head of Accounts and Finance to oversee and manage the financial operations of Della Adventure and Resorts Pvt. Ltd. and Della Enclave Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, a strategic mindset, and proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, compliance, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Financial Planning and Strategy:
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals.
Prepare and oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
2.Accounting Operations:
Manage end-to-end accounting processes, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
3.Compliance and Audit:
Ensure adherence to statutory regulations, including GST, TDS, and other tax compliances.
Coordinate internal and external audits and address audit queries effectively.
4.Cost Management:
Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
Monitor project costs, margins, and overall profitability.
5.Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor the accounts and finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team capabilities.
6.Financial Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management an also Departmental Budgeting and moinitoring.
Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights.
7.Treasury and Cash Flow Management:
Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships effectively.
Ensure optimal utilization of financial resources.
8.Tally Software Implementation and Use:
Oversee the effective use and integration of Tally software for financial and operational processes.
Drive system improvements to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.

Strategic thinking and business acumen.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Proven experience in hospitality sector preferred.
Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards and tax regulations.
Proficiency in Tally software and financial management tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
