Job Description:
Job Summary:
Della Adventure & Resorts is seeking an experienced and skilled HVAC Manager to oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of all heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems across the property. The ideal candidate will ensure energy efficiency, comfort, and reliability of climate control systems in guest rooms, restaurants, recreational areas, and adventure zones.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, ventilation, chillers, cooling towers, boilers, and heating systems.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure the longevity and efficiency of all HVAC equipment.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems and ensure timely repairs to minimize downtime.
Monitor energy consumption and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations related to HVAC systems.
Maintain inventory of spare parts and coordinate procurement with vendors and suppliers.
Train and supervise a team of HVAC technicians, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures.
Coordinate with other departments such as Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Engineering to ensure guest comfort and operational efficiency.
Keep up-to-date with the latest HVAC technology and energy-saving solutions.
Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and energy consumption for reporting purposes.
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and operations, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration cycles, and energy management.
Experience in handling centralized air conditioning systems, VRF/VRV systems, and chillers.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex HVAC equipment.
Good understanding of safety and compliance standards.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations efficiently.
