Position / Role: HR Executive
Experience Required: 1-3 Years
Location: Mumbai
Reports to: HR Director
Industries Preferred: Human Resources, Management, Administration
Job Responsibilities: -
Responsible for offer letter handover and collections of documents.
Provide the offer letter with complete information on date of joining, assigned package and address all the queries regarding the same. Collect all the verification documents and previous employment receipts for record.
Provide welcome kit to new joiners.
Provide the joiners with a notepad, pen and other stationery as required
Ensure proper induction process and provide deep insight about the organization s operationality.
Ensure that the new joiners are taken for an office tour helping them understand the layout of the organization and other norms that are followed within the firm
Introduction to the reporting authority.
Ensure all the access credentials are provided (sim card, biometrics, email setup, bank account details)
Responsible for communicating the roles and responsibilities efficiently.
Maintaining a weekly recruitment tracker.
Responsible for sourcing candidates.
Handle information transfer with the IT department and CMD for personal information and data entry.
Responsible to handle exit formalities.
Updating all job descriptions.
Monitoring daily activity reports of staff.
Projection of approved manpower compared to existing manpower.
Introduce and monitor buddy system.
