Designation: DGM Projects- Execution
Location: Mumbai (Travel to lonavala 3 days in a week)
Experience required: 8-10 years.
Preferrable experience: High end luxury interiors, residential & commercial projects, interior deigning, project execution and project management.

Job Responsibilities:
Should be able to handle a team of 25 - 30 staff. (Project Execution Team, Design Team, Carpenters, Polishers, Civil etc.)
Should have experience in Execution work with design knowledge.
Should contribute towards designing and implementing changes on site.
Should look after the Maintenance and upkeep of the projects.

Should have experience in execution of Hotels, Luxury Residential and Villa Projects
Always ensure resource availability and allocation.
Selecting materials and labour
Maintaining stock of all materials.
Responsible for maintenance budget
Inspecting and supervising the work, to ensure that quality, costs, and deadlines are met.
Preparation of weekly bar chart and supervision of the work progress as planned.
To set schedule for flow of requisite materials in consultation with purchase team and vendors to ensure timely completion of work.
Key Requirements:
Should have 8-12 years Experience.
Education Qualification:
Interior Designer/ Architect/ Civil engineer
