Job Description
You will:
- Responsible for selling Dells client, server, storage and hyper-converged products and services (via phone, web, or email) to specified customer segments or partners while ensuring a positive customer experience
- Responsible for driving inbound and outbound calls, emails, and web interface, focusing on maintaining and expanding business relationships/market share with existing and new customers
- Functions as the overall account manager, leading transactional sales, partnering with outside sales and/or the channel (as applicable) overall strategy, and execution
- Main focus on new account development and/or expanding existing accounts. Leverages cross-functional resources to achieve results/meet customers/partners needs
- Develops account relationships primarily with decision makers based on solution knowledge

Essential Requirements
- Min. 4+ years of relevant sales account management experience
- A proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Highly motivated and results orientated
- Ability to identify how Dell products and services aligned to customer needs
- Ability to teach and coach others to improve performance including providing feedback and identifying development opportunities
Desirable Requirements
- Experience or education related to IT
- Indirect leadership skills with ability to motivate & engage other
