Job Title: Salesforce Technical Scrum Master

Location: Bangalore - Work from Office (3 days per week)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Salesforce Technical Scrum Master to lead agile teams and drive the successful delivery of Salesforce projects. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise in Salesforce with a deep understanding of agile methodologies to manage development efforts effectively.

Required Qualifications

Overall, 10-12 years of experience.

Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certifications.

Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer, or Application Architect).

5+ years of experience in Salesforce development or technical roles.

3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.

Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

Skills:

Sales, Service, Financial Service, Health Experience Clouds.

Working experience with LWC, Apex, Lightning and Salesforce development and deployment tools.

Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent presentation skills

Key Responsibilities

Scrum Master Duties

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Act as a servant leader, ensuring agile best practices are adhered to and continuously improved.

Remove impediments to team progress and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed product backlog.

Monitor sprint metrics (velocity, burndown charts) and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Salesforce Technical Leadership

Provide technical guidance to the team on Salesforce best practices, architecture, and development standards.

Collaborate with developers, architects, and administrators to deliver high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or custom applications.

Support integration efforts with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flows and process automation.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the Salesforce environment.

Stakeholder Communication

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand project objectives, dependencies, and priorities.

Translate business requirements into technical tasks and user stories.

Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.

Present updates, risks, and deliverables to executives and project sponsors.

Agile Project Management

Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery of Salesforce solutions.

Manage cross-functional team dynamics and dependencies across teams.

Foster a high-performing team environment and address performance challenges as needed.
