The IT Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of Scrum practices and principles in our Agile teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and the ability to coach teams to deliver high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum practices and principles.
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Assist the product owner with backlog grooming and prioritization.
Remove impediments and blockers that hinder the team s progress.
Ensure the team is fully functional and productive.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Promote and facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders.
Track and communicate team progress and metrics to stakeholders.
Support the team in achieving high levels of performance and quality.
Qualifications:
bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification.
Proven experience as a IT Project Manager in a software development environment.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to coach and mentor team members on Agile practices and principles.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
Experience with Agile project management tools (eg, JIRA, Trello).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in other Agile frameworks (eg, Kanban, Lean).
Experience in a scaled Agile environment (eg, SAFe).
